Refunds & Returns

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and either resend the order or issue a refund if necessary.

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order and the order is returned to us, we can reship the order once the correct address is confirmed. As incorrect address parcels are low priority for postal services, please expect waiting times up to 30 business days to return. Additional shipping costs may apply to reship it back to you.

Size Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
